Workshop Scheduling, Pricing and Logistics

Scheduling:

• We recommend booking your Integrated Fire Solutions class early. All requests are first come, first served. Limited workshops offered June through September.
• The recommended class size is 30 participants.

Pricing:

• Instructor fees are negotiated individually based on needs, schedule, and incurred expenses. The per-teaching-day cost is about $1,250, depending on whether the class is taught in one day or over multiple days. Travel costs (air, hotel, ground transportation, and per diem) are additional.
• The host may charge participants any amount to recover costs.

Workshop Logistics:

The following items must be provided by the hosting agency.

• AV projector, screen, and sound system. (Instructor will provide the laptop.)
• Handouts and certificates. Documents provided by IFS in advance.
• Name tags for table display.
• Refreshments, if desired.
• Lunch: For full-day workshops, please have a plan for lunch. Will everyone be fed onsite or are the participants on their own? Lunch should be limited to 90 minutes.
